To sow in July

I got this from seeds of Italy as I have bought seeds from them in the past.

"To Sow in July - Lettuces, Chicory, Radicchio, escaroles and endives, all brassica\'s until the end of the month (Kales, Cabbages, Savoys, broccoli, Cima di rapa, brussels sprouts, cauliflowers, Kohl Rabi etc), lambs lettuce from now until the end of October, radish, spinach, Scorzanera and Salsify, swiss chard, some french beans (55 days from seed to plate), onions, many herbs including parsley and basil, rocket, biennial flowers such as carnations for example, alpine fennel Montebianco which you sow Jun-Aug and harvest till Nov and perpetual spinach Tetragonia of NZ."
