This project has been going for a while and is now part of the London
Festival of Architecture. It is a brilliant idea from What if... and shows that food can be grown in any available space. It is somewhat strange that some of the funding comes from the Arts Council! It should be direct from central government and on a scale that does justice to the idea of growing food on derelict land.
