Olive oil pastry

This is very quick way to make pastry. Use a mild olive oil for sweet things and ordinary for savory.

Wrap in cling film or foil and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes before using.

2 cups self-raising flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup olive oil

Optional (as required)
Grated rind of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon salt
